Why Are There Too Few Women Leaders?

I watched this talk by Sheryl Sandberg.  She discusses the fact that women are still seemingly invisible and underrepresented and not taken seriously in our ventures.

I really wanted to say something poignant, something thought provoking- but it speaks for itself.  I’m just…speechless.
