Do you like crafting? I thought so. I adore a good craft- especially when the weather is crummy. I got to review a Whimseybox, and was really excited to see that it contained an awesome calligraphy set, which is great for wall art or some awesome, kick tush thank you notes or invitations.
In a digital world, the written word is still something ever-so-special. I love the packaging that came with the Whimseybox- as you can tell, it’s pretty darn whimsical.
This Whimseybox contained everything you’d need to get started with calligraphy, including a how-to manual on how to create some gorgeous calligraphy!

The Verdict: Is Whimseybox worth it? I loved this box for $15- it’s a great value. They even gave me a button for mastering the calligraphy skill… I’m such a Girl Scout at heart (though I never got to be one!) and I love me some merit badges!
They even have some fun project kits for handmade pennants and tie-dye which is great for summer!
Random tidbit about me: I used to be really into calligraphy for a while! I haven’t done it in years but I’d love to get back into it. Whimsey box looks like so much fun!
