OMG I AM SO ANGRY, that Nashville medal is AMAZING! So mad I have to work so much that week and couldn’t make it down 🙁
I don’t know if it’s a lie I tell myself or really just that I’m in pain – but I have terrible shin splints. I would LOVE to actually run for more than 30 seconds without that horrible burn! Walking a marathon? Not a problem….but running to the end of the block pain-free – that would be a dream!!

The biggest lie that kept me from running was “dancers don’t run.” Because I grew p dancing, some weeks up to 7 days a week, I distanced myself from anything having to do with running. But I’m not letting that mindset hold me down anymore, and its now been over 5 months since I started running.
