GoodnessKnows Bars Now Available Nationwide!

GoodnessKnows flavors now available nationwide

Have you heard of goodnessknows snack squares?

If you haven’t seen them at a local store, you will soon- they’re available at Costco (so you know they’re good!) and other retailers nationwide.  These bars are stupidly-delicious and packed with good-for-you tastiness that will help you satisfy your sweet tooth, while providing protein and the healthy benefits of cocoa flavanols…because we needed an excuse to eat chocolate?

They are currently available in three flavors: Cranberry Almond Dark Chocolate, Apple Almond & Peanut Dark Chocolate and Peach & Cherry Almond Dark Chocolate.

GoodnessKnows Yummy Bar Flavors

I got to taste test the new flavors, and while they’re all good to nosh on (and come in little squares so you can share them with a friend or save them for later), my hands-down favorite was the peach & cherry almond dark chocolate bars.  Peach and cherry plus chocolate… I literally had a Pavlovian response to writing that and my mouth started watering, they are tart and sweet with a bit of crunch, so good!

Goodness Knows Bars

Goodnessknows is rolling out nationwide and will be available everywhere in major supermarkets this fall. Look for them where other snacks/snack bars are sold or check out www.goodnessknows.com where you can find a list of participating stores.

Get more info on goodnessknows on their Facebook page or follow them on Instagram for some tasty treats!  You can also share how you’re enjoying the goodness by tagging your posts with hashtag #tryalittlegoodness!

As a goodnessknows ambassador, I will be writing about these products from my own perspective and sharing updates as they become available. They are delicious and I heart them.  Opinions are always 100% from yours truly.

  1. Love the idea of them coming in little squares. That’s great for people like me who lack willpower….or people who want to share. The flavors sound great, too! Do you feel like they were very sweet or sugar-y?

Have you had Kind Bars? Some of those area really sweet.. the goodness knows bars have some yummy chocolate, but they’re not as sugar packed as some other granola bars I’ve had. It helps me curve my sugar cravings without a spike…and seriously, the peach ones are stupid good… I can have two around 2pm when I’m feeling a craving without totally going off the candybar deepend. Not as sugary as other bars, but still a bit of chocolate to kick the craving!

  2. I love bars like this that help with my sweet tooth but still have enough protein to override a sugar crash (which I am generally in a very high need of). Thanks for sharing!

I feel you ! I have a sweet tooth, but plain cereal bars usually are too sugary for my taste… these are sweet with real fruit and chocolate, but not packed with sugar and really help me find a balance between sugar, protein and a treat that doesn’t totally bust my healthy eating for the day in a moment of weakness.. so yummy!

  3. Ohh these sound yummy! Thanks for sharing!

I tried these…very tasty. I was not sure I would like them because of the apple and that is the first thing you taste but as you chew you start tasting every flavor with the chocolate being at the end. Think of the old school candy peanut chews but a lot more healthy!!!
