The Season-Less Shoe Trend That’s Always in Style

March 22, 2011

I know you love shoes as much as I do, and since neither of us can afford these sexy LouBoutins, the Tom’s version will have to do- plus, for every pair you buy, a pair gets donated to a child in need.

If you’re on a budget (or the thought of one just makes you laugh), why not buy a fresh pair of super-comfy flats for spring that also benefit humanity?

Truth be told, I couldn’t imagine not being able to afford even a basic pair of shoes, but sadly- that’s a reality for many people in the world.  I don’t know about you, but most charitable campaigns make me feel guilty for what I do have- but not Tom’s.  They simply state:  your indulgence of  adorable practicality in your footwear enables someone else to do the same.  I’m not sure if they’re handing out the  glittery pairs down in Nicaragua, but still…

April 5th is “One Day Without Shoes”

People all over the country are going barefoot in public to raise awareness about this issue- and other issues of poverty.   If you can’t go barefoot- how about sporting a pair of Tom’s to at least walk the walk of social change?    😉 Just know Tom’s have a tendency to run big!  (I got my pair in black glitter and a half size down).

Your medical emergency can quickly become too expensive and that’s absolute to quickly decide to put a financial impediment on the family’s finances. Putting in place the excellent travel insurance deal prior to setting off is worth the time and effort. Cheers
