Go Dirty Girl… I’m Doing My First Mud Run!
I. Am. So. Flippin. Pumped. I’ve signed up for my first mud run- ever. I’m so excited for this mud run and love that it’s totally girly, pink and totally muddy. I find it hard to believe I’ve transformed from a girl who hated to get sweaty and dirty- unless it was during a mud treatment in a spa, is going to do her first mud run!
I love the idea behind the Dirty Girl Mud Run because it’s not a race. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I love racing- but there are times when you just want to get down and dirty without worrying about your time. The Dirty Girl Mud Run is intended to be a fun obstacle course for women of all ages and abilities. The point is to have a blast, get muddy and come home with good memories and great swag to celebrate with!
If you’re in the San Diego area, I would love to run with you! I’m doing the Mermaid 10k that morning but would love to meet up for a run! Let’s prove that even good girls can get dirty! ;)

2I really wanted to do this in SD. My running is fine, but my shoulder is still f’d, and couldn’t handle anything that involved my arms. sad! Sounds like so much fun!
3Luckily it’s not timed and I believe you can skip any obstacles that are iffy for you.. if you change your mind I’d love to run with you!
